Terms of service

Article 1. Scope

These Terms apply to all relationships between us and you concerning the use of the Service. Where the Service contains separate provisions, those provisions take precedence over these Terms.

Article 2. Sales contract

1. A sales contract through the Service is formed when you complete your order and we send an order confirmation email.
2. Ownership of the goods passes from us to you when the goods are handed to the carrier.
3. We may decline an order in the following cases:

• The order contains false information
• Payment cannot be confirmed
• Stock cannot be secured
• We determine that the purchase is intended for resale
• We otherwise determine the transaction to be inappropriate

Article 3. Payment

1. Payment for goods, shipping and other charges shall be made using a payment method supported by the Service.
2. Prices are displayed in Japanese yen and include consumption tax.

Article 4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the content of the Service (images, text, designs, trademarks and so on) belong to us or to their rightful owners. Copying, repurposing or secondary use without our permission is prohibited.

Article 5. Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

• Register false information
• Infringe the rights of us or any third party
• Purchase for the purpose of resale
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Access the Service without authorization, crawl it, or engage in similar conduct
• Violate laws, regulations or public order and morals
• Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate

Article 6. Changes to or suspension of the Service

We may change the content of the Service, or suspend or end it, without prior notice. We are not liable for any damage you incur as a result.

Article 7. Disclaimer

1. We do not warrant that the Service is free of factual or legal defects.
2. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage you incur arising from the use of the Service.
3. We are not liable for damage caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or communication failures.

Article 8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the Service.

Article 9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Kyoto District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the Service.
