Why Urushi?

Urushi is Japan's oldest natural coating material, used for 9,000 years.
Combining antibacterial properties, durability, and beauty, it is the most suitable finish for utensils that come into contact with the mouth.
THE URUSHI has achieved "non-peeling urushi" by baking it onto stainless steel.
